NOTICE AND AGENDA OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Second Annual General Meeting of the THE FMS FORUM will be held on 30^th April, 2016 at Mahogany Room, India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road at 1200 hrs to transact the following business:

Welcome address by the President.
To approve Audited Accounts for the year ending 31^st March 2016.
Presentation of the Annual Report of the Forum for the year 2015–2016 by the Secretary.
To appoint Auditors for the period 2016– 2017 and fix their remuneration.
To hold the election for the office of the Vice President.
To hold the election for the office of the Secretary.
To hold the election to the Executive Committee (Max 8 Members).
Any other business as decided by the Executive Committee.
