NOTICE AND AGENDA OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the “THE FMS FORUM” will be held
on 25th July, 2020 through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other Audio Visual Means (“Zoom”) at
11:00 am to transact the following business:

Welcome address of President.
To approve audited accounts for the year ending 31st March 2020.
To present the annual report for the financial year 2019-20.
To appoint auditors for the period 2020-21 and fix their remuneration.
To hold the election of Executive Committee consisting of maximum 12 members as per
Article IV of Memorandum of the Firm.
To hold the election for office of the Vice President.
To hold the election for office of the Secretary.
Any other business as decided by Executive Committee.
